ATKO CUSTOMER PROMISE

Have you noticed that almost every place you shop these days has adopted the DMV business model?  By that I mean they take you being a customer for granted and act like you're bothering them?

Well that's not how things work here.  I'm old school and our values at Atko are too.

I know you work hard for your money and you have expectations when you spend it.

So here's my promise to you.

1. We never take our customers for granted, in fact we're extremely grateful you're considering us.
2. You can trust our products are built for the job, I trust them for my fish of a lifetime so you can too
3. If you have any questions feel free to ask, we will get you an answer promptly
4. If for any reason at all you aren't stoked about something that has the Atko name on it, just let us know.  We WILL make it right and work with you until you're more than happy. 

There is zero risk to purchasing from us, because if for some reason you're unhappy I will also be unhappy until it is resolved.  You have my word.
