Atko Glowing Beads for Fishing Rigs FAQ
Soft beads absorb impact, making them ideal for protecting knots from sinker strikes. Hard beads produce a clicking sound against your weight that can attract fish. Many anglers run one of each on the same rig.
After a few minutes of light exposure (sunlight or a headlamp), they glow for several hours. Hit them with your headlamp periodically to recharge.
Match the bead to your swivel or weight size. Small for lighter rigs and channel cats. Medium is the all around pick. Large for heavy rigs and big sinkers.
