Atko Crane Swivels FAQ
Crane swivels use a barrel shaped body with a rotating crane that handles higher rotational loads. Standard barrel swivels can seize under heavy torque. For big fish in current, crane swivels are the better choice.
1/0 and 2/0 work well for channel cats and most freshwater applications. 3/0 and 4/0 are built for big blues, flatheads, and saltwater rigs where you need maximum strength.
